4 deboned chicken breasts
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 10 oz pkg frozen broccoli
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup bread crumbs
1 Tblsp melted margarine
1 can cream of chicken soup
prepared rice for 4 servings
Recipe
Boil rice. Precook chicken and place in bowl. Precook broccoli and place in bowl. Spread broccoli in casserole dish, place chicken on top. In separate bowl, combine soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice. Pour over chicken. Combine margarine with bread crumbs and sprinkle over top with cheese. Bake at 350* for 25 mins. Serve on a bed of rice.
