List of Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
- 3 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 Stick Butter
- 1 cup packed Light Brown Sugar
- 1 (8 oz.) Cream Cheese not softened
- 2 (12 oz.) cans10 count refrigerated Biscuits
- 1-1/2 cup coarsely chopped Walnuts or Peacans
Instructions
- Heat oven to 350 degree. Spray a 10-12 cup bundt pan with nonstick cooking spray. Mix sugar and cinnamon.
- In a saucepan melt butter and brown sugar over low heat stirring well, then set aside. Cut cream cheese into 20 equal cubes.
- Press biscuits out with your fingers and sprinkle each with 1/2 teaspoon mixed cinnamon & sugar. Place a cube of cream cheese in the center of each biscuit, wrapping and sealing the dough around the cream cheese.
- Sprinkle 1/2 cup of nuts into the bottom of the bundt pan. Place 10 prepared biscuits in a circle in pan. Sprinkle with cinnamon/ sugar mixture, pour 1/2 of melted butter mixture over biscuits and sprinkle with 1/2 cup nuts.
- Layer remaining biscuits on top, sprinkle remaining cinnamon, sugar butter mixture and remaining 1/2 cup of nuts.
- Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degree. remove from oven and cool for 5 minutes. Place a plate on top and flip onto plate. Great served warm.
