Goldblatts High Cream Cheese Cake Pie

Crust: 10 oz. crushed graham crackers, 3 oz. sugar, 1 teaspoon flour, 4 oz. melted butter. Combine graham crackers,flour,sugar & add melted butter. Press into 9 inch pie pan.
Filling:1-1/2 lbs. or(3)8 oz. packages cream cheese,3/4 cup sugar,1/2 pint sour cream,2 tablespoon flour,1 teaspoon vanilla,6 eggs yokes. Mix cream cheese & sugar, add sour cream,flour,vanilla and 1 egg yoke at a time. In a seperate bowl beat egg whites till stiff, then fold into filling.
Bake at 350 degree for 1 hour. Turn off oven and allow pie to remain in oven to cool for 1 hour.
