French Buttercream Cookies

List of Ingredients
- 1-1/2 cup powder sugar
- 1 cup softened butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 egg
- 2-1/4 cup flour
- 1 taespoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Beat powder sugar, butter, vanilla & egg till blended. Lightly spoon flour, baking soda, cream of tartar & salt mix well.
- Cover dough with plastic warp and refrigerate about 1 hour till firm. Shape into 1 inch balls place on cookie sheet, then press with fork.
- Bake at 350 degree for 5-6 minutes. makes 6 dozen cookies.
