    List of Ingredients


    • Roll:
    • 3 eggs
    • 1 cup sugar
    • 2/3 cup canned pumpkin
    • 1-1/2 teaspoon limon juice
    • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
    • 2/3 cup flour
    • 1 teaspoon baking powder
    • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
    • Filling:
    • 8 oz. cream cheese
    • 5 tablespoons butter (room temp.)
    • 1-1/3 cup powder sugar
    • 1 cup chopped walnuts


    Instructions


    1. Large bowl beat eggs at high speed for 15 minutes add sugar while beating. Combine pumpkin, limon juice & vanilla and add to mixture.
    2. Spread in greased & floured thin cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degree for 15 minutes. While warm turn out on a dish cloth and sprinkle with powder sugar. Roll up and let cool
    3. Mix cream cheese butter & powder sugar to smooth creamy texture. Unroll cake and spread with frosting on top. Keep some frosting on side.
    4. Re-roll cake then spread frosting on top and sprinkle with nuts.
