    List of Ingredients


    • 1 lb. Tennessee Pride sausage
    • 1 medium onion
    • 3/4 cup chopped celery
    • 1 teaspoon salt
    • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
    • 1 teaspoon dried baisal
    • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
    • 10 cups dreid bread crumbs
    • 2 tablespoons parsley
    • 1 quart dripping or broth(chicken or turkey)


    Instructions


    1. Cook sausage in skillet breaking up with a fork till cooked. Pour off all but 1/2 cups liquid. Add celery, onion, salt, pepper and other spices, saute'.
    2. Then add to bread crumbs into a large bowl and mix all together with hands adding enough broth to make soft. Spread into a 9x13 baking dish pour remainder of broth over stuffing. Cover with tin foil. Bake at 350 degree for 30-35 minutes. Then uncover and cook 5 minutes more.
