Homemade Stuffing

List of Ingredients
- 1 lb. Tennessee Pride sausage
- 1 medium onion
- 3/4 cup chopped celery
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried baisal
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 10 cups dreid bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoons parsley
- 1 quart dripping or broth(chicken or turkey)
Instructions
- Cook sausage in skillet breaking up with a fork till cooked. Pour off all but 1/2 cups liquid. Add celery, onion, salt, pepper and other spices, saute'.
- Then add to bread crumbs into a large bowl and mix all together with hands adding enough broth to make soft. Spread into a 9x13 baking dish pour remainder of broth over stuffing. Cover with tin foil. Bake at 350 degree for 30-35 minutes. Then uncover and cook 5 minutes more.
