    Easy and cool.


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 box lemon jello
    • 1 box lime jello
    • 1 cup hot water
    • 1 can crushed pineapple
    • 1 pint cottage cheese
    • 1 cup chopped walnuts,if desired


    Instructions


    1. Dissolve jello in hot water. Cool.
    2. Add pineapple,cottage cheese and nuts. Mix together,place in jello mold and refrigerate until set.
    3. Run hot knife around mold and turn onto serving platter.


    Final Comments


    Use as salad or light dessert.
