Garlic Pepper Sauce
this is an easy sauce that is wonderful on chicken,pork and also can be added to a dip for extra zip.
List of Ingredients
- 2 hot peppers,seeded and chopped
- 2 green peppers,seeded and chopped
- 6 cloves garlic
- 2 T minced fresh parsley
- juice of 2 limes
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Instructions
- Puree first four ingredients in processor until smooth. About 30 seconds.
- Add lime juice,oil,salt and pepper and blend til blended,about 15 seconds.
- Refrigerate. Will keep about 1-2 months in frig.
