    1 CUP LIGHTLY PACKED DOUGLAS FAMILY FARMS BASIL LEAVES
    1 TBSP. MINCED GARLIC
    3/4 CUP COTTAGE CHEESE OR RICOTTA CHEESE
    1 OZ. GORGONZOLA OR OTHER BLEU CHEESE
    PINCH OF SALT

    Recipe



    BLEND ALL IN FOOD PROCESSOR, SALT TO TASTE.

    CHILL.

    USE WITHIN 2 DAYS.
