1-1/4 CUP MAYONNAISE
1 CUP SOUR CREAM
1/4 TSP. TABASCO SAUCE
1 TBSP. CHOPPED FRESH DILL OR 1-1/4 TSP. DRY DILL
1 TSP CURRY POWDER

LIQUIFY THE PARSLEY, SCALLIONS AND 1/2-CUP MAYONNAISE IN FOOD PROCESSOR.
ADD THE REMAINING MAYONNAISE AND ALL OTHER INGREDIENTS.
SALT TO TASTE.
CHILL.
YIELDS 2-1/2 CUPS.
