Spring Mix and Fresh Fruit Salad

List of Ingredients
1 bag of Spring Mix
1 large Navel Orange
1/4c raspberries
1/4c blueberries
1 Tblsp Red Wine Vinegar
2 Tblsp Orange Marmalade
3 Tblsp Olive Oil
S&P to taste
Almond Slices
Recipe
Wash the salad mix and let dry in a strainer or on top of paper towels.
Cut the orange in half, lay it flat and cut off the rind.
Separate the segments into a bowl.
Wash the berries and add them with the orange segments.
In a separate bowl combine the vinegar, marmalade, oil, and s&p.
Wisk to combine pour over fruit and toss.
Lay your Spring Mix on the plate, spoon your fruit on top with a slotted spoon reserving the excess vinaigrette.
Top with almonds and lightly drizzle with vinaigrette.
