    Creamy Peanut Butter Fudge

    This fudge is very good and creamy and not too sweet.


    List of Ingredients


    • 2 teaspoons cornstarch
    • 2 tablespoons water
    • 2- 1 lb. pkgs brown sugar
    • 6 tablespoons sugar
    • 1 cup milk
    • 2 tablespoons butter
    • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
    • 16 oz. smooth peanut butter


    Instructions


    1. Mix cornstarch and water; set aside.
    2. Dissolve sugars with milk and butter in a heavy saucepan.
    3. Heat until candy thermometer reaches the soft ball stage or 234°.
    4. Stir in cornstarch mixture and remove from heat; it will appear lumpy.
    5. Blend in vanilla and peanut butter; pour into a 13 x 9 in. buttered pan.
    6. Cool and cut into pieces
    7. About 4 lbs.
