Creamy Peanut Butter Fudge

This fudge is very good and creamy and not too sweet.
List of Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons water
- 2- 1 lb. pkgs brown sugar
- 6 tablespoons sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 16 oz. smooth peanut butter
Instructions
- Mix cornstarch and water; set aside.
- Dissolve sugars with milk and butter in a heavy saucepan.
- Heat until candy thermometer reaches the soft ball stage or 234°.
- Stir in cornstarch mixture and remove from heat; it will appear lumpy.
- Blend in vanilla and peanut butter; pour into a 13 x 9 in. buttered pan.
- Cool and cut into pieces
- About 4 lbs.
