Beef in Mushroom Gravy

Recipe Introduction
This is very good served over mashed potatoes or rice. It's a good recipe for busy days, as it goes in the crockpot.
List of Ingredients
- 2-2½ lbs. boneless round steak
- 1 envelope dry onion soup mix
- 1 can (10¾ oz.) condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
- ½ cup water
Instructions
- Cut steak into 6 serving-size pieces.
- Place in a crockpot.
- Combine soup mix, soup and water.
- Pour over beef.
- Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours or until meat is tender.
- Serve with mashed potatoes or rice.
