I've never been good at making my own gravy but this recipe makes it easy! It's great over mashed potatoes or country fried steak!
List of Ingredients
- 2 cubes beef bouillan
- 3 cups water, divided
- 4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1½ oz. pkg. dry onion soup mix
Instructions
- Dissolve bouillan in 1½ cups water; set aside.
- Add flour to a medium saucepan; gradually add bouillan mixture, stirring until smooth.
- Mix in onion soup mix and remaining water; bring to a boil.
- Cover; boil 5-8 minutes.
- Yield: 2½ cups.
