List of Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh mango,diced
- 1 cup fresh pineapple, diced
- 1 cup avocado, diced
- 1 red, yellow or orange bell pepper, diced
- 1 serrano chili pepper, minced
- 1/4 cup cilantro, finely chopped
- 3 Tbsp. lime juice
- salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- In large bowl, mix all of the ingredients together, ensuring that everything is thourghly coated by the lime juice. Cover and refrigerate. Serve Chilled
Final Comments
Good with roast pork.
