Hot Clam Dip
List of Ingredients
2 cans minced clams
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 medium onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 stick butter
1 T. parsley
1 tsp. oragano
1/2 can plain breadcrumbs
Mozzarella cheese
Parmesan cheese

Simmer clams in their own juice with lemon added for 15 minutes. Add onion, garlic, pepper, butter, parsley and oregano. Simmer 5 minutes. Remove from heat and mix with breadcrumbs. Put 1/2 mixture in an ovenproof dish. Top with slices of mozzarella cheese. Add remaining clam mixture and sprinkle with parmesan cheese and paprika. Bake 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes.
