Hollandaise Sauce - Easy
List of Ingredients
2 egg yolks
3 tsp. lemon
1/2 C. butter (1 stick)
Pinch of paprika OR
2 drops Tabasco SauceRecipe
Mix yolks and lemon juice with a wooden spoon. Add half the butter and, over a VERY LOW HEAT, stir briskly until butter melts. Add remaining butter, stirring constantly until butter melts and sauce thickens.
