Parslied Mushroom Patties

List of Ingredients
2 lightly beaten eggs
1 T. parsley flakes
1/2 C. flour
1/2 C. flavored breadcrumbs
1/3 C. finely chopped onions
3 C. coarsely chopped mushrooms (8 oz.)
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 T. oilRecipe
Combine all ingredients except oil. Mix well. In a skillet, heat oil over medium high heat. Using 1/3 C. mixture for each patty, shape mixture into 3 1/2" patties. Using spatual, place 4 patties at a time into hot oil. Cook 3 to 4 minutes per side until brown. Remove and drain on paper towels. Keep warm in oven until ready to serve.
