Cherry Cheesecake Cookies
1. Cream together:
2 (8oz.) pkgs. of cream cheese
2 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1 t. vanilla
2. Using about 30 2" foil baking cups, place rounded-side-down in each cup:
vanilla wafer cookies
3. Spoon creamed mixture on each cookie wafer, filling baking cup.
5. Bake at 350 degrees (F) for about 15-17 minutes (making sure not to burn ).
6. Remove from oven.
7. Let cool.
8. Once cool, cover each cookie with:
cherry pie filling (use about 1 T. of syrup and 3 cherries on each cookie)
(Makes about 30 cookies)
