I MAKE A NICE "DESIGN."TOP WITH A TBS OF BUTTER IN PIECES, THIN SLICED MUSHROOMS, THIN SLICED GREEN ONIONS, AND THIN SLICED GARLIC. PUT A GOOD SLOSH OF WHITE WINE OVER EACH, PLACE UNDER BROILER FOR 3-4 MINUTES, TILL DONE.


    (JUST FOR SPREE) WHEN IT IS NEARLY DONE YOU CAN TOP WITH A BIG, HONKIN' PILE OF YOUR FAVORITE CHEESE AND FINISH UNDER BROILER.
