List of Ingredients
1/2 lb of hamburger
1/3 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. diced onion
1 egg
1 T. milk
1/2 t. worcestershire sauce
1/2 t. salt
1/8 t. pepper
1 can (4 oz) of mushrooms, drained
1 T oil for frying
1 can (10.25 oz) can of beef gravy
Combine all ingredients but the last 3, form into oblong patties. Heat oil and fry in skillet until browned (I fry until almost done) Pour mushrooms in pan and when patties are done add gravy. Simmer 5 minutes. Serve with potatoes rice or noodles.
