Cream Cheese & Beef Spread

I like cheese balls, but hate rolling them, so adapted this recipe as a spread.
List of Ingredients
2 packs dried beef
2 packs cream cheese (8 ounce)
garlic salt
milk
Recipe
Let cream cheese soften to room temperature. Chunk it up into small pieces in bowl, then cut up the dried beef into the cream cheese. Sprinkle in garlic salt (or powder) to taste. Beat with mixer, then add milk a little at a time until spreading consistancy. Cover and let chill for several hours. Serve with crackers.
