    chicken drumetts 3 lbs
    honey 1 cup
    ketchup 1/2 cup
    soy sauce 1/4 cup
    cayenne 1/4 tsp
    ginger 1/4 tsp

    Arrange drumettes in 13x9 baking dish.

    In small bowl, combine remaining ingredients; blend well. Pour over drumettes.

    Bake for 1- 1/14 hours, or until drumettes are galzed and no longer pink, basting occasionally.

    Serve as an appetizer, or as a min course with rice, carrot and celery sticks and wedges of iceberg lettuce.
