List of Ingredients
1/2~cuplemon juice
1/4~cup Dijon mustard
2~teaspoon garlic, minced
1/2~teaspoon white pepper
1/2~cup olive oil
2~tablespoon olive oil
6 chicken breast
3~tablespoonc ornstarch
14 1/2~oz chicken broth
1~cup apricot preserves
2~tablespoon butter
1~cup almonds, sliced

Cook: 20
In sm bowl, combine lemon juice, mustard, garlic, pepepr and 1/2 cup oil.
Pour 1/2 cup marinate into a lg resealable plastic bag; add chicken.
Seal bag and turn to coat; refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Cover and refrigerate remaining marinatde.
Drain and discard marinade.
In lg skillet over med heat, cook chicken in remaining oil for 8-10 min on each side or until juices
run clear.
Meanwhile, in sm sucepan, combine cornstarch and broth until smooth.
Stir in preserves, butter and reserved amrinade.
Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 min or unitl thickened.
Spoon over chicken; sprinkle with almonds.
Serve with rice.
