    List of Ingredients




    12lasagne noodles
    1~poundbacon, cut into 1 inch strips
    1/3~cup bacon drippings
    1~cup onion, chopped
    1/3~cup flour
    1/2~teaspoon salt
    1/4~teaspoon pepper
    4~cup milk
    12 eggs, hard-cooked, sliced
    2~cup shredded Swiss (mozza)
    1/3~cup P cheese
    2~teaspoon parsley

    Cook noodles (if nessesary)
    Cook bacon, reserve drippings.
    Cook onions in drippings until tender.
    Add flour, salt & pepper; stir until smooth & bubly.
    Gradually add milk; cook until mixutre boils and tichikens, stirring occ.
    In 3 qt (13x 9) dish spoon sm amount of sauce onto bottom.
    Divide noodels, bacon, sauce, eggs and cheese into thirds; layer in pan.
    Sprinkle with p cheese.
    Bake at 350 for 24-30 mi or until throoughly heated. Sprinkle with parsley. Le stant 10 min before
    serving.
