Creamy Lasagna

Recipe Introduction
Not extremely quick, but very, very easy.
List of Ingredients
- 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 can condensed tomato with basil and oregano soup
- 1/3 cup water
- 9 lasagna noodles, cooked and drained
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine cream of mushroom soup and milk; set aside.
- Cook in medium saucepan over medium-high heat, beef until browned, stirring to separate meat. Drain off fat. Stir in tomato soup and water. Heat through, stirring occassionaly.
- Spoon half of the mushroom soup mix into an 8 inch square baking dish. Arrange layers as follows:
- a third of the lasagna (trimming to fit), half of the meat sauce, a third of the lasagna, remaining mushroom soup, remaining lasagna, remaining meat sause, cheese.
- Bake at 400F for 20 minutes or until hot and bubbling. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
