    Recipe Introduction


    Not extremely quick, but very, very easy.


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
    • 1/3 cup milk
    • 1 lb ground beef
    • 1 can condensed tomato with basil and oregano soup
    • 1/3 cup water
    • 9 lasagna noodles, cooked and drained
    • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese


    Instructions


    1. In a small bowl, combine cream of mushroom soup and milk; set aside.
    2. Cook in medium saucepan over medium-high heat, beef until browned, stirring to separate meat. Drain off fat. Stir in tomato soup and water. Heat through, stirring occassionaly.
    3. Spoon half of the mushroom soup mix into an 8 inch square baking dish. Arrange layers as follows:
    4. a third of the lasagna (trimming to fit), half of the meat sauce, a third of the lasagna, remaining mushroom soup, remaining lasagna, remaining meat sause, cheese.
    5. Bake at 400F for 20 minutes or until hot and bubbling. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
