    Savory Tator Tot Casserole

    Recipe Introduction


    Again, this is one I have modifed. The beef's kinda dry, but overall good.


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 lb ground beef
    • 1/4 onion, chopped
    • 1-2 cups frozen mixed veggies
    • 1/2 can cream of chicken soup
    • 1/2 pkg Tater Tots


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 375.
    2. Brown hamburger with onion, drain. Spread into bottom of 8X8 pan, covering entire bottom, gently tapping beef down.
    3. Layer frozen veggies next. Cover with the soup, straight from the can, carefully spreading with spatula to cover entirely.
    4. Layer tater tots on top, covering entire top. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes, broil for 5.


    Final Comments
