List of Ingredients
2~pound ground beef
2 beef gravy (10 1/4 oz each)
2~cup frozen corn
2~cup frozen peas and carrots
2~teaspoon dried minced onion
3~cup mashed potatoes
2~tablespoon butter, melted

Cook beef; drain.
Add gravy, veggies and onion.
Spoon half into a greased 2 qt baking dish.
Spread mashed potaotes evenly over the top.
Drizzle with butter and sprinkle with paprika.
Bake, uncovered for 30-35 min or until heated through.
Place remaining beef mixture ina frezer container for up to 3 month.
To prepare, thaw in fridge; transefer to 2 qt dish. Top and bake as above.
YIELD: 2 casseroles
