    List of Ingredients

    7 ~oz spaghetti
    1~tablespoon cooking oil
    1 1/2~pound ground beef
    1~teas oon salt
    1/4~teaspoon pepper
    15 ~oz tomato sauce
    1/4~cup green onion, chopped
    8~oz cream cheese
    2~cup cottage cheese
    1/2~cup sour cream

    Cook pasta. Drain. Put half into a 2 qt casserole dish.
    Brown beef in oiI. Drain off fat.
    Add salt, pepper, tomato sauce and onions. Set aside.
    In med bowl put last 3 ingredients. Stir welI.
    Put over spag in casserole.
    Cover with second half of sp.
    Spoon meat mixture over top.
    Bake 45 min.
    Serves 8.
