List of Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb pork steak cut into strips
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 onion sliced
- 1 green pepper cut into strips
- 4 oz mushrooms
- 8 oz tomato sauce
- 3 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- Brown pork in oil in skillet. Drain.
- Place strips and remaining ingredients into crock pot.
- Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours or 4 hours on high. Serve over rice.
