    1~pound chicken breasts or thighs
    16~oz fzn broccoli, carrots
    2~tablespoon tapioca, quick-cooking
    3/4~cup chicken broth
    3~tablespoon orange marmalade
    2~tablespoon teriyaki sauce
    1~teaspoon dry mustard
    1/2~teaspoon grond ginger
    2~cup hot cooked rice

    CROCKPOT
    Cut chicken into 1-inch pieces. Set aside.
    Place veggies in slow cooker.
    Sprinkle tapioca over veggies.
    Stir to combine.
    Place chicken pieces on veggie mixture.
    In sm bowl, combine chicken broth, marmalade, teriyaki sauce, mustard, and ginger.
    Pour sauce over chicken pieces.
    Cover; cook on low for 4-5 hr or on high for 2-2 1/2 hr. Serve with rice.
