    bananas 5
    lemon 1
    caramel ice cream topping 1jar/bottle
    cinnamon 1/2 tsp
    rum extract 1 tsp
    ice cream 1 quart

    Recipe



    Slice bananas (egg slicer)

    Zest lemon, juice lemon (1/4 cup)

    Combine ice cream topping, lemon juice cinn in skillet.

    Bring to a boil over med-high heat, stirring occ; remove from heat.

    Gently stir in bananas and rum extract; toss gently.

    Spoon about 1/3 cup of banana mix over ice cream.

    Garnish with zest.
