Caramel Apple and Pear Crisp

List of Ingredients
2 med apples, peeled, sliced (2 1/2 cups)
2 med pears, peeled, sliced (2 1/2 cups)
2 tbsp sugar
1/4 tsp allspice
1/3 cup caramel topping
TOPPING AND GARNISH
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup quick-cooking oats
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/4 cup flour
1/4 margarine
whipped cream

Pray 8-inch quare (2 qt) baking dish with cooking spray.
In baking dish, mix apples, pears, sugar and allspice.
Drizzle evenly with 1/3 cup caramel topping.
In medium bowl, mix brown sugar, oats, walnuts and four.
With plastry blender or fork, cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Sprinkle evenly over fruitmixture; press lightly.
Bake 30 to 35 min or until fruit is tender and topping is crisp.
Cool at least 15 min before serving.
To serve, spoon liquid from baking dish over fruit.
Top with whipped cream and caramel topping.
Store in refrigerator.
