    3~cu flour
    1/2~cu sugar
    1 1/2~cu semi-sweet chips
    1~cu walntus, chopped, divided
    2~teas oon baking powder
    2~teas oon cinnamon
    1/2~teas oon salt
    1 1/2~cu milk
    2/3~cu instant coffee granules
    1/2~cu butter, melted
    2 eggs

    Spray well of mini fluted pan.
    In lg bowI, combine flour, sugar, chcolate, 3/4 of the walnuts, baking powder, cinn and salt; mix welI.
    In med bowI, combine milk and coffee, stir until dissolved.
    Add mileted butter and eggs; mix welI.
    Add coffee mix to flour mix; mix just until dry ingredients are moistened.
    PIace about 1 tbsp chopped waltnuts into each well of pan.
    Spoon about 1 cup batter over walntus.
    Bake 40-45 min or until cake tester comes out clean.
    Cool cakes in pan 10 min.
    Carefully invert on cooling rack.
    Sprinkle with powdered sugar and drizzle with melted choc, if desired.
