pears or apples, cored & wedged 3
plums, pitted, wedges 3
grapes, green 24
grapes, red 24
lemon juice
cream cheese 8oz
yogurt, fruit flavoured 8ozRecipe
Aip pear/apple wedges in lemon jice to prevent discoloration.
On skews, place fruit to contrast shape & colour. Refrigerate until serving.
DIP:
Combine chream cheese (softened) and yogurt; blend well.
Store tightly covered in container.
