    18Peek Freans Ginger crisps, crushed
    1/4~cup pecans, finely chopped
    1/4~cup butter, mleted
    24~oz cream cheese, softened
    3/4~cup sugar, divided
    1~teaspoon vanilla
    1~cup canned pumpkin
    3 eggs
    1~teaspoon cinnamon
    1/4~teaspoon nutmeg
    ~pinch cloves

    Prep: 20 min Total: 5 hours 5 min
    350
    Combine cookie crumbs, pecans and butter.
    jPress onto botom of 9-inch springform pan.
    Beat cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar and vanilla with electric mixer until well bleneded.
    Add egss, 1 at a time, mixing on low speed after each addition just until blended.
    Remove 1 cup plain batter; place in sm bowl.
    Stir remaining 1/4 cup sugar, pumkin and spices into remaining batter.
    Spoon pumpkin batter into crust; top with spoonfuls of reserved batter.
    Cut through batters with knife several times for swirl effect.
    Bake 45 min or until centre is almost set.
    Cool completely.
    Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.
