Beef Chow Mein

List of Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 (14oz) can of beef broth
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp ginger
- 1 1/2 cups sliced celery
- bean sprouts
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 3 tbsp water
- 4 cups chow mein noodles
Instructions
- Brown ground beef in large skillet over medium heat until throoughly cooked, stirring frequently. Drain.
- Add broth, soy sauce, ginger, celery, bean sprouts, and mushrooms; mix well. Cover; simmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Meanwhile, in small bowl, combine cornstarch and water; blend until smooth.
- Stir cornstarch mixture into beef mixture. Cook until mixture boils and thickens. Serve over chow mein noodles.
