Potstickers (Gyoza)

- 125g deli roast beef, coarsely chopped
- 1/2 cup bagged coleslaw
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup bbq sauce
- 2 tbsp minced garlic, ginnger & chili
- 1 tsp each cumin and cornstarch
- 1 pkg 3-inch wonton wrappers
- 1 whisked egg
Instructions
- Using food porcessor, combine first 7 ingredients for filling.
- Lay wonton wrappers on wxed paper and brush with whisked egg.
- Spoon approx. 1 tsp of filling onto centre of each wrapper. Fold up wrapper and pinch closed like a perogy.
- In large pot, boil half the potstickers for about 3 minutes and remove with a slotted spoon. Repeat with remaining potstickers.
- Serve as is with dip, or (I prefer) fry-em up!
