    1/4~cup chicken broth
    2~tablespoon soy sauce
    1~tablespoon sherry
    1~teaspoon sugar
    1~teaspoon sesame oil
    1~pound lean beef cut into thin strips
    1/4~teaspoon salt
    1/8~teaspoon pepper
    1/4~cup cornstarch
    3~tablespoon veg oil, divided
    1/2~pound asparagus, cut into 2-inch pieces
    1 bell pepper, sliced
    1/4~pound snow peas

    Recipe



    Combine broth, soy sauce, sherry, sugar and sesame oil; set aside.
    Season beef with salt and pepper; dust with cornstarch.
    Heat 2 tbsp of the oil in a wok over high heat.
    Add beef and quickly saute until browned and crisp, about 6 min.
    Rmove beef and set aside.
    Add remaining oil to pan.
    Add asparagus and bell eppper; saute 3 min.
    Add snow peas and saute 2 min.
    Add chicken broth mixture and beef.
    Stir well to coat beef and saute until sauce is slightly thickened, about 4 min.
    Season with addition salt and pepper to talse.
    Serve over white rice.
