Baked Fish with Walnuts & Cheese

List of Ingredients
- 1 lb fish fillets (haddock, cod, pickerel, etc)
- 1/2 cup fish or chicken bouillon
- 1 tbsp dry whtie wine
- 1-2 tbsp margarine
- 1/3 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 cup grated Cheddar cheese
Instructions
- grease shallow casserole dish with margarine. Plash fish fillets in single layer.
- Pour bouillon and wine over fish. Dot with margarine.
- Cover and bake at 400 for 10-15 min if thawed or 20-25 if frozen. Remove cover; spoon juices over fish. Sprinkle with nuts and cheese. Bake uncovered 5-10 min or until cheese melts.
Final Comments
Makes 4 servings.
Jay says better without walnuts.
