    Baked Fish with Walnuts & Cheese

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 lb fish fillets (haddock, cod, pickerel, etc)
    • 1/2 cup fish or chicken bouillon
    • 1 tbsp dry whtie wine
    • 1-2 tbsp margarine
    • 1/3 cup chopped walnuts
    • 1 cup grated Cheddar cheese


    Instructions


    1. grease shallow casserole dish with margarine. Plash fish fillets in single layer.
    2. Pour bouillon and wine over fish. Dot with margarine.
    3. Cover and bake at 400 for 10-15 min if thawed or 20-25 if frozen. Remove cover; spoon juices over fish. Sprinkle with nuts and cheese. Bake uncovered 5-10 min or until cheese melts.


    Final Comments


    Makes 4 servings.
    Jay says better without walnuts.
