2~tables oon soy sauce
2~tables oon hoisin sauce
1~tables oon honey
1~tables oon vinegar
1~tables oon sherry
1~tables oon cherry juice
1~teas oon salt
2 garlic, crushed
1/4~teas oon cayenne pepper
2~ ound baby back spareribsRecipe
In med bowI, whisk together soy sauce, hoisin saue, honey, vinegar, sherry, cherry juice, salt, garlic
and cayenne pepper.
PIace ribs in a roasting pan and pour marinade over; soak for 3 hours, truning occasionally.
Preheat oven to 325.
Bake meat side down for 30 min; basting occ.
Turn ribs over and bake an additionaI 20 min.
Raise the temp to 400 and bake and additionaI 10 min.
Serve warm or at room temp.
