Chicken in Spicy Peanut Sauce

List of Ingredients
1 1/2~pound Chicken breasts
2~tablespoon Veg oil
10 3/4~oz Cream of chicken soup
3~tablespoon Chunky peanut butter
2/3~cup water
2 green onions, sliced
1~teaspoon Chili powder
1/8~teaspoon ground red pepperRecipe
Place chicken between 2 sheets of wax paper.
Pound to 1/4 inch thickness.
Over med heat in hot oil, cook chicken 10 min or until browned on both sides.
Remove chicken from skillet.
Spoon off fat.
Add soup, pb, water, green onions, chilli powser and red pepper to skillet; stir until smooth.
Over med heat, heat to boiling.
Reduce heat to low.
Return chicken to skillet.
Cover; simmer 5 min or until chicken is tender and juices run clear.
Serves 6.
