    2~cup cooked chicken, chopped
    1/2~cup red pepper, chopped
    3~teaspoon parsley
    1 lemon
    2 garlic, pressed
    1~cup mozza, shredded
    1/2~cup mayo
    1~teaspoon italian seasoning mix
    1/2~cup parmesean cheese; divided
    2 crescent rolls (235g each)

    Place chicken and pepper in classic batter bowl. Add 2 tbsp parsely, 1 tsp lemon zest, garlic,
    mozza cheese, mayo and seasoning mix. Mix. add all but 2tbsp of p cheese. mix.
    Unroll crescent dough; separate into 16 triangles. Arrange, slightly overlapping, in a circle on round
    stone with wide ends overlapping and poins extending over edge.
    Using baker's roller, roll wide ends of dough toward centre to create a 6 inch opening.
    Spoon chicken mix evenly onto wides end of each triangle. Bring points of triangles up over fillig
    and tuck unde dough at centre to form a ring. (filling will show). Sprinkle remaining p cheese over
    ring.
    Bake 28-30 min or until golden brown. Remove, garnish with lemon slices & parsley.
