2~cu Rice, brown cooked
3/4~cu Broth, Chicken
1/4~cu white wine or grape juice
1~tables oon Cornstarch
1~tables oon OiI, vegetable
4 Chicken breasts, cut into thin strips
1/2~teas oon Rosemary mix
1~cu mushrooms, fresh sliced
1/4~cu green onion
1~cu red grapes, seedles
Recipe
In small bowI, combine broth, wine and cornstarch; blend welI.
Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken & rosemary; cook and stir 4 to 5 min,
or until chicken is no longer pink.
Add mushrooms and green onions; cook and stir 2 min.
Add grapes and broth mixture.
Cook and stir until mixture is thoroughly heated and sauce is theickened.
Serve over rice.
