    4~oz raimen noodles uncooked
    1/4~cup cornstarch
    2~tablespoon flour
    1~teaspoon sugar
    1/4~teaspoon baking soda
    1/4~cup water
    1/4~cup sesame oil
    2 chicken breast halves, cut into 1/2 inch strips
    1 green bell epper, cut into strips
    1~teaspoon sesame seed
    1~cup ss sauce
    1~tablespoon sugar
    2~tablespoon rice vinegar
    1/2~teaspoon sesame oil

    Recipe



    Cook noodles. Drain; cover to keep warm.
    In med bowl, combine cornstarch, flour, 1 tsp sugar and baking soda.
    Stir in water and 1/4 tsp s oil.
    Add chicken; mix well to comine. (if mix is too thick, add additional water 1 tsp at a time to thin)
    In deep-fryer, heavy saucepan or wok, heat 2-3 inches of oil to 375.
    Shaking off excess batter, fry chicken strips a few at a time for 3-5 min, or until light golden brown
    and no longer pink in center.
    Drain on papger towels.
    Heat 1 tsp of deep-frying oil in lg skillet over med-high heat until hot.
    Add bell pepper and sesame seed; cook and stir 2-3 min, or until pepper is crisp-tender and seed is
    golden brown.
    Add ss sauce, 1 tbsp sugar, vinegar and 1/2 tsp s oil; mix well.
    Add chicken strips; cook 1-2 min, stirring constantly, or until thoroguhly heated. Serve over
    noodles.
