2 eggs
3~cu fresh spinach, torn
2~tables oon green onions, chopped
3 bacon, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
1/4~cu cider vinegar
2~teas oon sugar
1/4~teas oon salt
1/4~teas oon dry mustard
1/8~teas oon pepper
Recipe
Boil eggs. PeeI. Chop.
In large bowI, combine spinache, onions and eggs. Set aside.
In small skillet, add all remaining ingredients; heat until sugar is dissolved.
Pour over spinach mixture; toss gently.
Serve immediately.
