    A healthy as, but more filling than, your classic salad.


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 pkg complete Caesar salad mix
    • 1 cup chopped cooked chicken
    • 4 garden vegetable or plain flour tortillas
    • 2 tablespoons shredded fresh Parmesan cheese


    Instructions


    1. Crush croutons from salad mix; set aside.
    2. In large bowl, combine remaining Caesar salad mix ingredients and chicken; mix well.
    3. Spoon salad mixture evenly onto tortillas along centre.
    4. Sprinkle each with shredded cheese and crushed croutons.
    5. Roll up each tortilla as if eating a burrito.
