    List of Ingredients


    • 1 cup green bell pepper, chopped
    • 3/4 cup onion, chopped
    • 1 tbsp oil
    • 2 garlic cloves, pressed
    • 1 tsp drived oregano leaves, divided
    • 2 pkgs refrigerated pizza crust (or use your own--20 oz)
    • 8 oz thinly sliced deli roast beef
    • 8 oz thinly sliced cheddar cheese
    • 1 egg white, lightly beaten
    • 1 tbsp water


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 400F.
    2. In 10" frying pan, heat oil over medium heat until hot. Add garlic, bell pepper, onion and 1/2 tsp of the oregano. Cook and stir 3-4 minutes or until veggies are crisp-tender.
    3. Unroll one pizza crust ontion lightly floured surface. Roll out to 12" x 9" rectangle. Cover with half of the beef, cheese and veggie mixture to within 1/2 inch of edges of dough.
    4. Starting at longest side, roll up dough, jelly-roll fashion; press seam togheter to seal. Repeat with remaining crust and filling ingredients.
    5. Place rolls, seam sides down on round baking stone. Join ends of rolls toghter to form one large ring; press ends together to seal.
    6. In small bowl, combine egg white and water; brush onto dough. Sprinkle with remaining oregano.
    7. Bake 20-25 min or until golden brown. Let stand 10 min before cutting.
