    List of Ingredients




    1 green pepper, cut into strips
    1 red pepper, cut into strips
    1 onion, sliced
    1 lime`
    1~tablespoon southwestern seasoning mix
    1/2~cup thick & chunky salsa
    1 garlic, pressed
    1 french bread stick
    8~oz deli turkey breast, sliced
    1~cup cheddar cheese, grated

    Slice onion with v-cutter on ult slice & grate.
    Cut slices in half.
    Juice lim to measure 1 tbsp.
    Heat skillet over med-high heat until hot; spray.
    Add peppers, onion and seasoing mix; stir-fry 2-3 min or until ct. Add lime juice, salsa and garlic;
    stir-fry 1 min. Remove from heat.
    Cut bread stick crosswise. Cut lengthwise, end to end, cutting halfway through to centre; gently
    spread open.
    Arrange turkey slices evenly over each loaf; top with veggie mix.
    Top with cheese.
    Place on bar pan. Bake 8-10 min or until cheese is melted. Remove from oven; cut into slices.
    Can sub deli roast beef for turkey
