    6 medium baking potatoes, scrubbed, piereced
    2/3~cu sour cream
    1/4~cu butter, softened
    1/2~teas oon salt
    1/4~teas oon dry mustard
    1/8~teas oon pepper

    Rub potatoes with oiI.
    Bake for 1 hour.
    Cut a slice from the top of each; carefully scooping out pulp into a large bowI.
    Add sour cream, marg, salt, mustard and pepper; beat until smooth and fluffy.
    Spoon into shells.
    PIace in ungreased 13x9 pan
    Bake additionaI 20-25 min or until lighltly browned.
